[Visitors]

  • Individual Visitors:
  • Visitors are required to carry documentation verifying their identity, such as ID cards or passports. Visitors should obtain a QR code pass at an automatic pass dispenser and scan the code at a security gate to access the office area.
  • Automatic pass dispenser operation hours: 07:00-21:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
  • The QR code visitor pass is valid only on the day of application.
  • Outside the above hours, visitors should visit the security office to complete the admission procedures.

 

  • Group visitors (10+ people):
  • The tenant of the building must submit a "Hang Seng Bank Tower Visitor Pass Application Form" to the property management center three working days in advance.
  • All visitors’ names, ID numbers and contact information must be provided.
  • Tenants must obtain QR code visitor passes in advance and issue these to their visitors.

[Reception]

  • Hours: 08:00-18:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday)

[Security Access Control System]

  • This building features a security access control system. Tenants' employees need to use their own building access card to enter the office area through the security gates.
  • Access cards may only be used individually. Tenants' employees are required to strictly comply with this regulation when accessing the office area.

[Mail Center]

  • Hours: 09:00-18:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday)
  • The mail center is located by the side entrance on the ground floor.
  • Mail, newspapers and small parcels are delivered from the mail center to the Tenants.

[Bicycle Parking]

  • Bicycle parking is provided on B1 floor.

[Shuttle Bus Service]

  • Shuttle bus services are provided between the Shanghai World Financial Center and Hang Seng Bank Tower (Lujiazui Metro Station). Please refer to the "Shuttle Bus Schedule".
